Shipping & Returns

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We pride ourselves on having the first, easiest, and most liberal return policy in the electronic cigarette industry. As the only dedicated wholesaler in the business, Shaman Labs’s return policy reflects our commitment to retailers and our unique alignment with their interests.

 

Generally, defective products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent products. (Specific product return policies may be detailed in the product’s description on our web site.) If the product is not available at the time of the exchange, the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you by telephone.

 

If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (14) days of the invoicedate. For items purchased through Advance Reservations, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (14) days of the shipping date.

 

We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). Returns are typically processed the day they are received.

 

To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Care to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Customer Care can be reached by telephone at 719-696-9131 or by email at shamanlabsvapor@gmail.com .  If you are contacting us by email, please list the product that needs to be returned, the number of the order on which it was purchased, and a brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing.

 

When returning defective items, please include a copy of the invoice on which the item was purchased, highlight the item being returned, and reference the RMA number provided by Customer Care. An RMA is effective for ten (10) business days.
